Graceful Hearts Foundation exists to support single mothers, children, orphans, and economically disadvantaged individuals across South Florida. We believe that with the right support — at the right moment — any family can move from crisis to stability, and from stability to flourishing.
Through employment assistance, educational programs, and youth initiatives, we walk alongside the people most often left behind — not as outsiders looking in, but as neighbors building something together.
